I came for a cleaning last month , and I had a really great experience. Everyone in the office is very nice and knowledgeable. Dr.john jenks was nice , easy going and informative.The front desk Heba helped me find my dental insurance that I forgot I even had, she was very kind , great , she answered all my questions that I had as well which was very nice I usually have bad experience with front desk but she is one of the good ones. 100% recommend this place.

I had an amazing experience at Empire Dental NY PC! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Heba at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful truly a sweetheart and very beautiful , making the check-in process seamless. Hadley, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and informed throughout my visit also smelled really good.. Dr. Meir is truly exceptional! He took the time to explain everything in detail, addressing all my concerns with patience and care. The entire team made me feel at ease and confident in the care I was receiving. I highly recommend Empire Dental for anyone looking for top-notch (CLEAN) dental care!

I literally cannot say enough good things about this place, I was referred by a patient who told me I needed to come that this was the Best Dental office and that I would be extremely happy with the service they would provide. I was skeptical because I travel all the way from the Bronx and I work in queens, but I decided to make the trip because I hadn’t found a dental office that I was comfortable with previously I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised that this office is so beautiful so clean Dr. Jenks Is an excellent doctor highly recommend. Everyone in the office is so welcoming and caring. You just feel right at home. I have to say a huge thank you to Hadley who walked me through my treatment, helped me with all my payment options and really made me understand that I needed to put my insurance aside and take care of myself, and she would take care of all the financials to help me. She even spoke to my mother to help convince her which is not easy let me tell you haha But it shows that she really cared about me and really knows what she’s talking about. Go see her I promise she’ll find a way for you! I’m so glad I was recommended here I can’t say more good things about them. Highly recommend. A+++

Maria did an amazing job on my teeth whitening. The team is so welcoming and professional. They added in a cleaning, x-rays, and the owner even took the time to come say hello. This is a dentistry that cares about their patients and giving them the best of the best. It truly shows!!

This dentist is beyond the best !!! I came in for two broken teeth and had a wedding to attend the next weekend. And they helped me so quick !!! I was able to get a consultation and get my teeth fixed the very next day. And they proved we’re sooo great !!!!!! I’ve been through a lot in my life — more than most people probably realize. So many painful experiences, so many moments that left me feeling scared, unseen, and misunderstood. Even with dentists, doctors, and different specialists, I’ve faced so much trauma that it became hard to trust anyone new. Every appointment felt like walking into another reminder of everything I had already been through. But this time was different. They made me feel safe. They took the time to really listen, to reassure me, and to walk me through every step with patience and kindness. They didn’t judge me or make me feel like a burden — they accepted me for who I am and met me right where I was. It’s not easy to find that kind of genuine care, especially after going through so much. But I did, and I’m so thankful I gave them a chance. Came here for the first time for my 6-month checkup and dental cleaning, and I’m so glad I did! The office is super high-tech and modern, and you can really tell that everyone here enjoys what they do. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Bartov is my new dentist.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Anatoly Bartov and Maria for about 10 years, and their care has been outstanding. I’m very sensitive and usually nervous about dental procedures, but they’re always patient, gentle, and reassuring. I’ve had multiple procedures done, and they always work quickly and efficiently — I experience no pain and no stress. Truly the best dental care experience ever!
